That the company agrees to allow
the cooling off period, as provided under the above said Government guidelines,
in order to cancel / withdraw, the Independent Distributorship and to receive
refund for goods or services purchased and further agrees to allow buy - back /
repurchase as per the policies of the company.
Product Return
Policy
In case of any dissatisfaction,
manufacturing or packaging defect, customers/Distributors can return/exchange
the product. The customers/Distributors must contact the Distributor/Company
from whom they had purchased the same, within 30 days from the date of
purchase. They have to provide a reason and return the said products along with
the original customer order receipt copy / invoice. In such cases, it is the
distributor's obligation to return/exchange the product of the customer’s.

Buy Back Policy
A Satisfaction Guarantee / Refund
Policy of at least 30 days from invoicing of the product. This policy will be
applicable only if the product is not consumed in case of consumable products.
The Company provides a Buy Back
Policy to the distributor who wishes to withdraw from his/her distributorship
and return any V-Believers products that are in good condition, useable, resale
able, restock-able, unopened, and unaltered and must have a shelf life of at
least four months.
If the customers/Distributors can
return/exchange the product within 30 days from the purchase of the products,
V-believers shall provide a refund for the products to the Distributor.
The Buy Back policy is designed
to impose upon the sponsor and the Company the obligation to ensure that the
distributor is buying products wisely.
Cancellation
Cancellation can be done within
30 days from the Paid Order date and Refund will be made after deduction of
necessary admin and related charges. No request of return or refund shall be
entertained beyond that period.

If you seek refund against
cancellation of your order, Company shall initiate refunds within 10 (Ten)
business days from the date on which it receives the shipment at its warehouse.
Shipping Policy

The company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Customers are eligible for a refund within 30 days of order placed.
Refunds will be processed only if the product is returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Refunds will be credited to customer's bank account within 7 to 10 business days after the company receives and inspects the returned product.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
The company reserves the right to deny a refund request if the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria.
